The Bloomfield Group is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to partner with leaders and provide tailored HR support across the Group. This site-based role, based at Ashtonfield in Recent South Wales, works with the HR Business Partner to deliver end-to-end recruitment, employee development, and key HR initiatives.
You will build relationships, guide performance management, interpret awards and agreements, and support HR system improvements, change management and investigations, with travel to all sites
