We specialize in Lift Maintenance, Modernizations, Replacements and Recent Installations. We also maintain lifts all across Sydney and have a well-structured team to support our continued growth and expansion with main office located in Mascot, NSW.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service/Repair Technician to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW. As a Service/Repair Technician with Electra Lifts, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' assets. You'll be supported by a well-structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities for You

n

n
- Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards.
n




- Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
n
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
n
- Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
n
- Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
n

What You Will Need To Be Successful

n

n
- Hold a current Australian driver's license.
n
- Have an Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification.
n
- Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
n
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.
n
- Motivation to contribute to a supportive team environment.
