Bellwether Group is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to own the front end of our hiring process in Brisbane. You will screen candidates, build a talent pipeline, and actively source for current and future roles across civil infrastructure projects.
Location is Brisbane CBD with remote consideration; start is negotiable. You will partner with our small internal team and use our ATS/CRM to manage candidate records and improve the pipeline.
