Panthers Port Macquarie are seeking a qualified and customer service focused Courtesy Bus Driver/Reception Attendant to work at their friendly club.

Panthers Port Macquarie has an opportunity for a dedicated customer service professional to drive the courtesy bus for their members and guests and assist with reception duties. Your warm and friendly personality will make a big impact on how our patrons remember their Panthers experience!

Your main duties and responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

n

n
- Driving member and guests to and from the Club using a portable navigation system;
n
- Upkeep and care of the bus;
n
- Ensuring the safety, care and duty of members and guests;
n
- Signing in members and guests;
n
- Reporting of any incidents;
n
- Answering phone enquiries;
n
- Club membership processing;
n
- Ensuring the safety and security of patrons and;
n
- Assisting the Club completing duties such as glass pick up, bar duties,



wiping down of tables and general cleaning duties when not required on the bus.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes:

n

n
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
n
- Excellent customer service skills;
n
- High standard of personal grooming and presentation;
n
- Fantastic communication skills;
n
- Current and valid RSA, First Aid, Full Australian driver's license;
n
- Ability to problem solve and;
n
- An understanding of the local area would be highly recommended.
