Ventia is seeking a Works Supervisor for the Southern Roads Upgrade in Victoria. Based in Maryborough, you will lead our delivery teams and subcontractors to deliver network maintenance and incident response services safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
You will drive a proactive safety culture, manage day-to-day operations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure projects meet timelines and budget while maintaining solid client relationships.
