Property Officer - Salary Package Up To $80,000 p/a n

Riverbank Real Estate is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Officer to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position requiring availability 5 days per week, including Saturdays . The role is designed to provide hands-on experience across both our leasing and property management departments, with a clear pathway to managing your own portfolio once you have developed the necessary skills and experience.

There is also the opportunity to take on a small, manageable portfolio from commencement, depending on experience.

About the Role n

As a Property Officer, you will play a key support role within our Property Management team, assisting with:

- Leasing inspections and open homes
n
- Processing tenancy applications
n
- Routine inspections
n
- Tenant and landlord communication
n
- Administrative support for the Property Management department
n
- Maintenance coordination and follow-up
n
- General property management assistance
n

n

- The ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating roster
