Patient Experience Manager - (Nurse Manager Gde 3) - Perm FT

The ideal candidate is a motivated and influential healthcare professional with demonstrated experience in patient safety, clinical governance, quality improvement, or risk management. You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams and leading initiatives that drive safer patient care and organisational learning.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)? Please attach a copy of your AHPRA registration in your application.

Outline your experience in clinical practice improvement, continuous quality initiatives, and implementing patient safety systems aligned with MoH policies, including ims+ and SAER processes.

Can you describe a time when you managed a sensitive or complex complaint within a hospital environment? How did you communicate and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to achieve a timely and appropriate resolution, and what strategies did you use to maintain your own resilience during the process?

Provide examples of how you demonstrate solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams, engage stakeholders, and drive safety culture.
