About the Role:

n





Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of commercial plumbing maintenance services across Metropolitan Melbourne.

n

This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while working alongside a team that values professionalism, safety and quality.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, blockages and plumbing faults.
n
- Servicing and maintaining hot water systems and gas appliances.
n
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance works.
n
- Testing and repairing TMVs, RPZDs, backflow prevention devices and pressure regulators.
n
- Clearing and inspecting sewer, stormwater and trade waste systems.
n
- Responding to emergency plumbing call-outs when required.
n
- Completing service reports and documentation using AroFlo.
n
- Maintaining company equipment, tools and vehicle presentation.
n
- Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and facility managers.
n
- Ensuring compliance with all company, safety and regulatory requirements.
n

About You:

n

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused plumber who takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.

n

To Be Successful You Will Have:

n

n
- Plumbing Trade Qualification and relevant registrations.
n




- Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified plumber in commercial plumbing maintenance.
n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Sound knowledge of plumbing compliance requirements and industry standards.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Experience using mobile technology and job management systems.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic computer systems.
n
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n

Highly Regarded:

- TMV accreditation.
n
- RPZD and Backflow Prevention accreditation.
n
- Experience working within commercial facilities and occupied environments.
n
- Working With Children Check and Police Check.
n
