Housing Australia is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change management for a major project. You will validate CIA, develop CMP, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder readiness, training and adoption within a hybrid work model.

The role requires 5+ years in change management for large-scale transformations, with strong governance, workshops and cross-team communication experience. Six-month fixed term with adaptable work arrangements.
