- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
n
- Deal with inbound vehicles following the correct company procedure
n
- Ensure safe handling, storage & repacking of all products in line with stock locations, rotation and company policies.
n
- High level of care and accuracy with pick operations.
n
- Inspection of incoming materials in line with company procedures.
n
- Load distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner and highlight all errors and damages prior to completion.
n
- Where relevant, Delivery Driver duties/driving of a company vehicle (dependent on experience/insurance)
n
- Maintain high standards of site house-keeping.
n
- To ensure FLT's are checked daily, recorded on relevant sheets and defects reported.
n
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern to the relevant person immediately.
n
- Assist with inventory counting when necessary.
n
- Support Warehouse Expediting/Logistics where necessary.
n
- Work with relevant staff to ensure any Non Conformances relating to the Warehouse are processed and closed out in a timely manner.
n
- Work with QA/QC Officer to review opportunities for improvement identified and implement changes and improvements to the processes and systems.
n




- Responsible for ensuring correct storage of substances and equipment and maintaining suitable records where necessary
n
- Responsible for overseeing the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment as required.
n
- Responsible for ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
n
- Responsible for ensuring all people in the Warehouse are wearing the correct PPE
n
- To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business
n
- Any other reasonable duties as allocated by Management.

- Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness
