Optus is seeking a Director, Risk Governance & CSRO Secretariat to lead the end-to-end governance relationship between the CSRO, the Board and its subcommittees. You will translate complex risk, culture and control information into clear, evidence‑based materials for the Board, manage papers and minutes, and drive governance transformation in a fast‑moving workplace with senior stakeholders.

This is a high‑impact leadership role requiring 10+ years' experience and superb communication.
