Our client is a well-established Australian window furnishings business delivering premium solutions across major commercial and residential projects.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing Queensland team, covering the Brisbane and Gold Coast market.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing new business, managing key commercial relationships and securing large-scale commercial window furnishing projects.

Working with builders, developers, architects, designers and project managers, you will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and secure new commercial business
- Identify and win large-scale projects
- Manage key client relationships and accounts
- Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to completion
- Build strong relationships across the commercial construction sector
- Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets

About You





Commercial window furnishings experience is essential.

We are looking for a proven sales / BDM professional with a strong understanding of the commercial window furnishings and construction landscape.

Ideally, you will have:

- Proven experience in commercial window furnishings
- Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
- An established network across builders, developers, architects and designers
- Solid B2B sales and business development experience
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
