Luxe Care Pty Ltd is a boutique home care provider serving Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. We are expanding and seek a motivated, self-directed Registered Nurse to join as Care Manager, reporting to a Regional Care Manager.
You will oversee care and services, coordinate planning, delivery and care management, working closely with Rostering and Client Liaison teams. You will lead our care team of Nurses and Carers in a full time Brighton office role.
