As the Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a well-maintained, moderately sized portfolio with all duties handled in-house. This role is heavily focused on relationship management, as routine inspections and entry/exit processes are managed by a dedicated support team.

The Role:

- No routines to do - all routine tasks handled internally
- No entry / exits to
- Inhouse role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage a clean, capped portfolio to ensure quality service and work/life balance
- Work within a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment
