raafa Home Care is the in-home supportdivision of raafa, specialising in quality care for individuals with Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and VeteransHome Care (VHC) eligibility, as well as private services, Home CarePackages and Commonwealth Home Support. As a Community SupportWorker for raafa Home Care you will be expected to adhere to raafa's quality of service in AllPerth areas.

About the role:

- A rewarding role working with clients across thePerthregion (including Northern andSouthern Suburbs);
- Support Clients to remain living at home;




- Assist with client's personal care;
- Assist clients with the management of theirmedication;
- Assist in the preparation of meals for the clients;
- Provide support to clients by assisting with shopping;
- Support the clients socially and domestically whilecreating a positive rapport;
- Encourage and promote the independence and freedom ofchoice of clients.

Requirements for the role:

- Be eligible to work in Australia;
- A valid drivers licence with access to your own vehicle;
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencementof employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
- Be up to date with your Flu vaccinations;
