This is a role for someone who enjoys owning the administrative function, being across the detail and proactively improving processes along the way - you will be working with a highly respected Project Manager, and their longstanding team to support a key construction project from the ground up. You will also work closely with the Head Office Administration team.

Your role
n
Sitting at the centre of a busy project environment, you will play a key role in supporting both the project admin, payroll admin and accounts function, ensuring operations run smoothly day-to-day for the site.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing and maintaining employee timesheets, ensuring correct allocation of hours to support payroll processes
n
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers, providing timely updates and resolving queries efficiently
n
- Processing supplier invoices and supporting end-to-end accounts administration, including creating purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
n
- Coordination and administration support across the project, including document control and record keeping.
n
- Supporting Project Managers with reporting, reconciliation and project documentation
n
- Office Management of the site office day to day including ordering supplies, consumables, food etc.
n
- Creating purchase orders, general data entry and broader administrative support
n
- Contributing to process improvements and helping maintain efficient workflows across the team
n
n
This role is full-time onsite based primarily from the Bankstown Project office with the team onsite from 7.00am which means this role suits an early bird.

Who you are?
n
n
- Previous administration experience within construction, building or engineering environments (helpful but not essential)
n
- Robust attention to detail with excellent time management skills
n
- Confident across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, conditional formatting; VLOOKUPs helpful but not essential)
n
- Able to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
n
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
n
