Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Sydney to lead a 20+ person team and manage daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in a fast-paced store workplace.

You will train and develop staff, drive customer experience, and ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased. Weekend rosters are required; collaboration with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety is essential.
