Ready for more? Bedrock Workforce are looking for experienced Civil Labourers who can get stuck into the work, support their crew and help keep projects moving across Sydney.
You could be working on infrastructure, roadworks, drainage or residential civil projects. We want to hear what you’ve done, what tickets you hold and the kind of work you want to take on next.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with trenching, pipelaying, stormwater drainage and site preparation
- Supporting concrete, formwork and road rehabilitation works
- Handling materials and using hand and power tools
- Working around plant and equipment and assisting operators where needed
- Following site plans, instructions and safety procedures
- Working safely with the site team to keep the job moving
What you’ll need
- Proven experience labouring on civil construction sites
- Construction White Card
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Familiarity with civil works such as drainage, concrete, formwork or roadworks
- Confidence working outdoors and keeping up with the physical demands of the roleA reliable approach and willingness to work as part of a team
