Whether you've come from healthcare (nursing, allied health, pathology), a WHS/HSR background, or sales and client-facing roles, this could be a strong next move. The common thread we're looking for isn't a specific industry — it's someone who can run a structured process to protocol, put people at ease, communicate clearly, and build genuine client relationships. If that sounds like you, we'll teach you the rest.

You'll be delivering respirator mask fit testing (QNFT) to corporate clients, coordinating bookings, and building relationships. Our operating window runs from 6:30am to 5:00pm to fit around client schedules, so while there's no shift work, no nights and no on-call, we need someone happy with an early start and, at times, additional hours outside the standard day — reflected in your pay.

- Delivering hands‑on respirator mask fit testing to corporate clients with precision and genuine client care
- Managing bookings and scheduling so testing runs smoothly for clients and your teammates
- Keeping accurate, compliant client records — supported by our own digital platform, so you're not buried in paperwork




- Building genuine client relationships and spotting opportunities to offer them more of what we do
- Being backed by a real team, not left to juggle testing, admin and sales solo

What Makes You a Strong Fit

- Just as comfortable working solo on the road as you are working closely with the team
- A background in healthcare, WHS/HSR, sales, or another client‑facing/process‑driven field — what matters is adaptability, not a specific résumé
- Resp-Fit accreditation is highly regarded. If you don't yet hold it, we provide internal training — but you must already be in the process of obtaining accreditation, or be genuinely prepared to pursue it
- Genuinely happy with an early start onsite (from 6:30am) and flexible about additional hours when client schedules require it
- Strong communicator, detail‑oriented, organised
- Based in, or willing to be based in, Brisbane, the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast
