Hotel Victor in Victor Harbor is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep the venue buzzing and loved by locals. You will support the Publican, lead a team of hospo legends, and help run a protected, high-energy operation across bar, dining, and events.
A hands-on role with RSA and RSG/RCG where relevant, strong people skills, and a pride in service are essential. Base salary is $80,000 plus Super, Bonus Scheme, and group discounts through Endeavour Group.
