Gelatissimo is seeking a Store Manager for the Manly store to lead and develop a front-line team in a quick-paced retail/hospitality environment. You will drive guest experiences, oversee daily operations, production, and presentation of our fresh gelato.

You will manage rostering, support in achieving store budgets and KPIs, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service. Immediate start preferred. This is a hands-on leadership role within a growing national brand.
