- Assess repair costs and determine claim outcomes
- Liaise with builders, customers and internal claims teams
- Ensure claims are managed efficiently and accurately
- Prepare claim documentation and maintain quality standards




- Deliver excellent customer outcomes throughout the claims process

What you'll bring:

- Experience in insurance building claims, property claims, or assessing
- Building, estimating, or residential construction knowledge
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
