Green Point Christian College is seeking an experienced Christian educator to lead the day-to-day pastoral care, wellbeing and behaviour of students across Years 7 to 12. This role reports to the Head of Secondary and will supervise the Year Advisor team and coordinate the delivery of wellbeing programs.

The Assistant Head will lead behaviour management, work with counselling staff and form a solid secondary leadership team, ensuring students are known, cared for and supported with restorative
