We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Technical Educator to support our salon partners throughout the Newcastle and Maitland region on an as-needed basis.

About the Opportunity

n

As a NAK Hair Technical Educator, you will play a key role in supporting and inspiring our salon community. Working closely with our salon partners, you will deliver engaging education, hands-on training, workshops and product demonstrations across the NAK Hair Professional portfolio.

n

This is a flexible casual role suited to an experienced hairdresser who is passionate about education, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently support salons in both group and one-on-one learning environments.

The role includes local travel throughout the Newcastle, Maitland and surrounding areas, with occasional regional travel and overnight stays when required.

About You

n

n
- Qualified Hairdresser with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
n




- Previous education or training experience highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Strong technical knowledge across professional salon products, colour and styling
n
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence delivering education in both workshop and in-salon environments
n
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot and adapt to different learning styles
n
- A passion for developing salon owners and their teams
n
- A professional approach with a high standard of personal presentation
n
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to work independently
n
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Ability to travel throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays
