Key responsibilities

Preparing client reports (training provided)

Liaising with clients and assisting with enquiries

Liaising with industry providers and institutions
n
Implementing and processing paperwork (training provided)
n
Completing and lodging various industry forms
n
Maintaining and updating client databases (training provided)
n
Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, mail and reporting tasks
n
Reception and client service support, including phone and front-desk duties as required

About you
n
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to confidently and efficiently use these programs in a professional office environment
n
Exceptional attention to detail - A high level of accuracy and care, with the ability to identify errors and ensure work is completed to a consistently high standard

Demonstrated ability to follow established processes, procedures and workflows consistently and accurately
n
