Role Overview:

- Overseeing the full builder defect reporting process
- Accurately assess and categorise defects, warranties, and maintenance needs




- Scheduling and managing trades/contractors to complete repairs on time
- Keeping renters, builders, trades/contractors, and internal teams informed with clear updates
- Curating and manage emergency call‑out registers
- Ensuring all work meets SFH quality and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

Success in this role looks like maintenance and defect tasks being completed on time, supported by high‑quality workmanship that requires minimal rework.

- Experience in residential maintenance, building defects, or property operations.
- Strong coordination and scheduling capabilities
- Competence in digital maintenance/work order systems.
- Ability to travel across regional and metropolitan clusters – valid Driver’s Licence is a must.
- Valid Police Check and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
