$35M New-Build Retail Project | North Side

An established construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team on a major $36M new-build retail development in Narangba.

The project includes a new Coles shopping centre, retail shop tenancies and a fuel station, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced CA to take ownership of the commercial and contractual administration of a significant project.

The Role

We are looking for a confident Contracts Administrator who is comfortable operating as the sole CA on a project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team to support the successful delivery of the project. This role will have you based in the office with occasional site visits.

About You

You will ideally have:

- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Proven experience working as the sole CA on a project




- Strong new-build retail construction experience
- Experience across contracts administration, procurement, variations, claims and subcontractor management
- Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your responsibilities
