About the Role
n
As the Night Manager you will represent Meriton Suites in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all guests and staff.
n
Your key responsibilities
n
n
- Greet and welcome our guests, including following check-in and check-out procedures
n
- Manage and train staff
n
- Handle complaints and ensure resolutions
n
- Ensure relevant front desk tasks are actioned and completed
n
- Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups, if required
n
- Prepare and set up for the following day
n
- Complete guest accounting
n
n
To be successful in this role you will
n
n
- Be able to provide clearance for National Police Check
n
- Be confident and able to work under pressure
n
- Be proactive and able to make decisions autonomously
n
- Professionally presented
n
- Possess a genuine passion for guest and colleague experience
n
- Be well organised with a meticulous eye for detail
n
- The ability to cultivate a positive team culture
n
- Have excellent verbal communication skills
n
- Have full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster
n
