WhatYou'llDo

n

n
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients
n
- Build andmaintainstrongreferring partnerrelationships
n
- Convert prospective partners into active referrers to KieserSydneyclinics
n
- Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events, educationsessionsand networking
n
- Spenda large portionof timein the field engaging with partners and stakeholders
n
- Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with referrers,cliniciansandinternalteams
n
- Identifyand implement innovative partnership opportunities such assatelliteclinics,hubsand caseconferencing
n
- Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example,Health Funded Programs, ANC, HCP and Life
n




- Manage and resolve partnership challenges whilemaintainingstrong, trusted relationships
n
- Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical andregional leaders
n

Must-haves

n

n
- Valid working rights in Australia
n
- Valid driving license
n
- Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
n
- Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionalsExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
n
- Highly motivated,proactiveand results-driven mindset
n
- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
n

- Bachelor Degree - Physiotherapy, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
