Key responsibilities

- Operate a powder packing or beverage filling production line
n
- Oversee manufacturing equipment on a production line
n
- Follow and maintain food safety and quality standards
n
- Collaborate with our team to innovate and improve processes
n
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work workplace
n
- Operate processing and/or packaging equipment in line with safety and quality protocols
n
- Perform packing duties as per production requirements
n
- Locate the root cause of a problem and generate data/ideas and solutions for action
n
- Obtain, process, and share relevant information with teams as appropriate
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
n
- Willingness to perform manual tasks
n
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
n
- Strong organizational and time management skills
n
- A team-oriented mindset, sense of urgency, positive, can-do attitude
n
- Driver's licence
n




- Experience operating liquid-filling and/or powder-filling equipment
n
- Experience working in FMCG will be highly regarded
n
- High safety, quality, and GMP awareness
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude
n
- Willingness to undertake physical work (able to lift up to 25 kg bags if required)
n
- Good verbal and written communication skills
n
- Ability to contribute as a member of the team and autonomously
n
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and work additional hours
n
