Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workshop Controller to join our busy multi franchise service centre in McGraths Hill. As a Workshop Manager / Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and technician assignments.

n

Ensure adherence to service standards and quality control measures.

n

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues.

n

Train and mentor less experienced staff.

n

Liaise with internal staff and management to ensure smooth operations.

n

Skills and Qualifications:

n





Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman in a similar automotive environment.

n

Robust technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems and repairs.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

n

Current NSW driver's licence.

n

Ongoing manufacturer training and development.

n
