Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, autonomous and self-driven engaging Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a diverse and hands-on role who will suit someone who is passionate about customer service, has great operational and people skills & enjoys camping, cars & 4WD's!

- Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, sales management, in-store sales and services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized;
n
- Provide products and services to customers, including installs whilst maintaining the stability and reputation of the store;
n
- Enforce and maintain quality and customer service standards;
n
- Maintain trade sales and drive growth through B2B selling and service;
n
- Manage site operations and dynamically drive continuous improvement
n
- Analyse and resolve quality and customer problems, identify market trends and offering strategic solutions;
n
- Contribute to local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies;
n
- Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required;
n
- Manage work scheduling of staff and priorities of customers in an efficient manner;
n
- Maintain a clean and safe operating area which includes shop,



vehicles and workshop at all times;
n
- Ensure compliance of internal and external policies, procedures and laws at all times.'

About You

- Proven leadership and people management skills
n
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Previous sales/retail experience in the auto and/or camping sector
n
- Ability to operate autonomously, be self-motivated and flexible
n
- Hold a current Driver's licence
n

You will have an advantage if you also possess:

n

n
- Auto Electrical/Mechanically trade qualification
n
- Experience in batteries
n

n
