About the role
n Dasco Supply Group is seeking a dedicated Stores Person to join our team in Welshpool, WA. This is a full time role that contributes to the efficient and accurate management of our general warehouse operations. As part of our picking, packing, and dispatching team, you will play a key role in supporting the overall productivity and success of the business.

What you'll be doing
n
Receiving, storing, and issuing a variety of stock items and materials
n
Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock takes
n
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in a timely and efficient manner
n
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
n
Ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting up to 20kg as required for warehouse operations
n
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with all relevant safety standards
n
Assisting with the coordination of deliveries and collections as required
n
Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other general duties as needed
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in a similar general warehousing or stores person role
n
Proficient in the use of warehouse equipment and systems
n
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
n
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
n
Forklift license and/or experience is highly desirable
n
Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
n
Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
n
