We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and reliable Educator to join our dedicated and supportive team at our small, family, friendly 45-place early learning centre. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team, helping to create a nurturing and protected environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

About the Position

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality education and care in a play-based learning environment.
n
- Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
n
- Promote and protect the safety, rights, and wellbeing of every child, reporting any concerns in accordance with child protection regulations.
n
- Work collaboratively with a passionate and professional team.
n
- Contribute to programming, documentation,



and daily reflections.
n
- Support children's individual needs in a calm, responsive, and respectful manner.
n

About You (The Applicant)

n

Must Have:

n

n
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their learning, safety, and wellbeing.
n
- A strong understanding of child protection principles and a willingness to uphold a child-safe culture.
n
- A positive work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
n
- A valid Working with Children Check.
n
- An ACECQA-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards one).
n

n

Would Be Nice to Have:

n

n
- Previous experience in the Early Childhood Education sector.
n
- Experience in programming, observations, and maintaining daily journals.
n
