Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all commercial and contract management activities across multiple utilities projects
- Oversee contract compliance, risk management, procurement, and cost forecasting
- Review and negotiate head contract and subcontractor terms
- Prepare and present commercial reports to senior leadership and clients




- Build trusted working relationships with delivery teams, finance, and legal stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior commercial staff and site-based teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong background in contract and commercial management within utilities or infrastructure
- Deep understanding of head contract frameworks and subcontractor engagement
- Confident communicator with experience managing commercial performance across large programs
- Financial literacy and experience producing forecasts and risk reports
- A proactive mindset with strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
