Forward Deployed Architect Agentic AI / AWS Singapore (On-site)

We are working with a frontier systems integrator building production-grade agentic AI systems for leading banks, insurers, telcos, and enterprise organisations across Asia Pacific. Operating exclusively on AWS, they deliver mission-critical AI solutions across highly regulated environments.

Due to growth, they are hiring a Forward Deployed Architect to own the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale agentic AI systems embedded within client environments.

You will lead end-to-end solution design across multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and production governance-ensuring reliability, security, and business value at scale.

This is a hands-on architectural leadership role working directly with executive stakeholders, shaping AI strategy while delivering production systems in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

- Design and own enterprise agentic AI architectures on AWS
- Build multi-agent orchestration, RAG systems, and tool integrations




- Define evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and production governance
- Integrate AI systems into enterprise platforms and legacy environments
- Lead technical workshops with executive stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CIO)
- Provide architectural leadership, design reviews, and delivery oversight

Experience

- 8 years software, cloud, or AI/ML architecture experience
- 3 years building production AI or agentic systems
- Strong AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, SageMaker, etc.)
- Experience with RAG, orchestration frameworks, and LLM systems
- Solid enterprise architecture and system integration experience
- Experience in regulated industries (BFSI / telecom preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

Location

Singapore (on-site) - must have full work rights (no sponsorship)
