The Role

We are on the lookout for a vibrant and enthusiastic customer service and administration person to support our sales team. If you enjoy working in a homeware wholesale/retail environment and love delivering great customer service, we are looking for you.
n
This position is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.
n
This is a great opportunity to create and make this role your own.
n
In this role, you will support the sales team through a combination of customer service, administration, and system-based tasks, including working within our ERP system (Pronto or similar) to manage orders, customer information, and product data.
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a wholesale or retail homeware environment including administration duties related to sales
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel proficiency including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
n
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as Pronto or similar),
including order processing and data management
n
- Accurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detail
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, showing initiative and a proactive approach
n
- A vibrant, enthusiastic and outgoing nature
n
- Flexibility to assist with other ad-hoc duties that may arise in our showroom
n
n
You are a well-organised and collaborative team player, pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service, and appreciate the importance of getting the details right when processing administration, particularly in a rapid-paced environment.

The role may also cover some reception desk duties such as meeting and greeting our retail buyers.
