Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a Membership Manager to lead a high-energy MSC team, drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences across joiners and leavers.

You will coach and mentor staff, hit KPIs, and develop retention initiatives while coordinating front desk operations and sales training. This role offers uncapped commissions and pathways to club leadership.
