Shutdown Support | Immediate start | $39+ per hour | 12-Hour Shifts

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Forklift Operators & Production Workers to join our team in Longwarry and assist with the operation and eventual shutdown of the site.

n

The plant is planned to cease operations in April 2027, so this is a fantastic opportunity to secure seasonal, ongoing work through to the shutdown while being part of an important transition for the site.

If you're a hands-on worker who doesn't mind jumping on and off a forklift, getting stuck into production and working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

The Details

- Location: Longwarry
n
- Start: Now - April 2027
n
- Pay: From $39+ per hour
n
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts
n
- Day: 6:00am – 6:00pm
n
- Night: 6:00pm – 6:00am
n
- Roster: Rotating roster, including weekends
n
- Assignment: Ongoing seasonal work through to the planned site shutdown in April 2027
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

This is a hands-on role where no two hours are necessarily the same! Your duties will include:

n

n
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
n
- Jumping on and off the forklift throughout the shift
n
- Operating production line machinery
n
- Packing and filling food products
n
- Assisting with food production processes
n
- General warehouse and production duties
n




- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
n
- Working as part of a team to keep production running smoothly
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for people who are reliable, safety-focused and aren't afraid to get stuck in!

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Previous forklift experience
n
- A willingness to perform both forklift and general production duties
n
- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster
n
- Ability to commit to 12-hour shifts
n
- Strong focus on safety and following procedures
n
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with full working rights
n
- Steel-cap boots and hi-vis clothing (vest or hi-vis top)
n
