Job Description

The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo Hotel, part of Morris Group, are seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and supervise Front Office teams in Townsville, Queensland.

You will manage forecasts, reporting, rostering and time sheets, and ensure guest experiences are exceptional across both properties. Applicants should have hotel management experience, solid leadership, and knowledge of Opera Cloud, with flexibility for a rotating roster.
