The Apple Thief in Batlow, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Cider Maker & Production Manager to lead our cidery operations. You'll own the production process from locally grown apples and juice through fermentation, blending and maturation to the finished product, with direct oversight of cellar work and packaging.
