Job Description

Working across both our Alstonville and Lismore clinics, your day will include a combination of dental assisting and reception responsibilities, including:

- Preparing and setting up surgeries
n
- Sterilisation and infection control
n
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, friendly experience
n
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
n
- Booking and confirming appointments
n
- Processing payments and assisting with general administration
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming clinic
n
- Supporting the wider team wherever needed
n

Qualifications

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Friendly, approachable and patient-focused
n
- Reliable and organised
n
- Comfortable working across both clinical and reception duties
n
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
n
- Able to work well as part of a team
n




- Previous dental assisting or dental reception experience is preferred, but we are open to the right person with a solid customer service background
n
- Available to work 2–3 days per week with stable, ongoing hours
n
