Havilah Hostel inc is situated in Maryborough Central Victoria. We operate over 3 sites, Harkness Street with 110 residential aged care places and 9 independent living units. Havilah on Palmerston Street with 30 residential care places and 44 independent living units and the newly built Terrace with 24 residential care places.

Our ideal applicant would have a passion for aged care and a desire to implement best practice guidelines to support the elderly live a happy and healthy life.

To be successful in the role of Personal Care Assistant you will have:

n

n
- Current Certificate III or IV in individual support or equivalent
n
- Current Police Check, or acknowledge that a police clearance will need to be obtained
n
- Current Flu/Covid Vaccination
n
- Have a passion for Aged Care
n
- Have a professional manner and great attitude
n
- Compliance to OHS and Aged Care legislation
n
- Enjoy working in a team workplace and can prioritize workload
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Computer literacy
n
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
n
