Fleet Maintenance Administrator – Immediate Start

City Fleet Transport Maintenance is a national industry leader in the service, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles. The City Fleet Group consists of Queensland owned workshops, with authorised repair agents right across the country and has been servicing the heavy vehicle transport industry for over20 years.

We are, more often than not, the alternative to the expensive OEM, with experience maintaining such brands as CAT, CUMMINS, Sitrak, Kenworth, Mack Scania, Isuzu, Hino, Fuso & many more, for many national fleet customers.

About the Role

n

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused team member to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key point of contact for coordinating fleet maintenance and supporting our customers nationally.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and partners
n
- Coordinate fleet maintenance bookings via our national supplier network
n
- Process a large volume of invoices efficiently and on time
n
- Manage email communications and record data accordingly
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
n

n

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
n
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
n




- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
n
- A solid sense of urgency and commitment to customer service
n
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
n
- Great networking and communication abilities
n
- A positive, can-do attitude with a drive for success
n
- Mechanical knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
n
