About your recent role

This position is responsible for providing responsive business support services in relation to people management transactions as they relate to pay and employment conditions. Working as part of a large team, you will play a vital role in maintaining service standards through the timely and accurate transaction of manual and electronic timesheet processing.

We currently have 2 fulltime opportunities available.

We're looking for people who have:

- Timely and accurate processing of weekly time sheets
- Interpretation and application of multiple industrial instruments
- Utilising a variety of software systems and programs
- Resolving queries in a timely manner
- End to end processing of people management transactions, including new starters, internal transfers, terminations, changes to employment conditions and leave applications in accordance with established procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement practices within the branch, identifying opportunities for business and process improvement.
- Maintain timely and accurate payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data into our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
