Job Description

HR Partners on the Gold Coast is seeking a Head of Customer Support / Call Centre Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid work with office Mon–Wed and WFH Thu–Fri, a 35-hour week, and 4 weeks of annual leave.

You will lead a team of 12–15 support professionals, balancing operational efficiency with a customer-centric culture across phone and email channels. This is a strategic, people-first leadership role.
