This is a physically active, on-site leadership role. You'll supervise installation teams, assist with complex installs, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising fencing and gate installation crews
n
- Hands-on work including post-hole digging, carrying panels, gates, and materials
n
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
n
- Ensuring all work meets GateFlex quality standards
n
- Coordinating daily job schedules and site requirements
n
- Maintaining safety compliance and site documentation
n
- Communicating with clients and the GateFlex office team
n

About you

n

n
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fencing or construction supervisory role
n
- Fit, healthy, and capable of manual labour
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n




- Ability to problem-solve on site
n
- White Card (required)
n
- Experience with aluminium fencing, gates, or fabrication (highly regarded)
n
- Current driver's licence
n
