Reporting to the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO), the Business Integration Lead will provide senior business engagement and product ownership capability for ST Vic’s Future Systems program.

This roleis responsible forowning and prioritising the business-facing product backlog and roadmap that supports the transition from legacy systems to a single, integrated Salesforce platform. You willrepresentbusiness needs,prioritiesand constraints into delivery planning, while also translating delivery realities, including sequencing,trade-offsand capacity, back to business stakeholders.

Working closely with the Change Manager, program leadership, projectteamsand business stakeholders, you will play a key role in building genuine business ownership of the program and supporting a coherent transition into recent ways of working.

The responsibilities of the Business Integration Lead will include, but are not limited to:

Leading the business-facing product backlog and roadmap for the Future Systems program

Managing business stakeholder expectations andmaintaininga clear, credible roadmap narrative

Building and leading a business engagement model that supports active participation across the program

Representingbusiness priorities, risks and constrains in delivery planning and design discussions

Identifyingand coordinating business subject matter experts across the migration

Contributing to program governance as a standing member of the Future Systems Program Working Group

Partnering closely with the Change Manager to deliver a cohesive businessexperience of the program





Building strong relationships across business and technical teams to support successful implementation

About You

You are a senior business engagement and product leadership professional with proven experience working across business and technology in complex transformation environments. You are comfortable working at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and translating business needs into practical delivery actions that support outcomes and long-term value.

You will bring:

- Significant experiencein product ownership, business engagement or agile delivery within a large technology or business transformation program
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, expectationmanagementand roadmap communication
- Experience translating business needs into prioritised requirements and sequenced delivery outcomes
Strong influencing,collaborationand negotiation skills
- Experience contributing to governance,reportingand business participation across delivery
- A strategic, outcomes-focusedand partnership-based approach

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification inbusiness, information systems,or a related discipline is desirable

Product Owner, Business Analysis and/or Agile certifications such as CSPO,SAFePOPM or CBAP are highly desirable

Equivalent professional experiencewill also be considered
