We're partnering with a purpose-led, not-for-profit organisation supporting communities across Melbourne's west.

They're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to jump into a defined recruitment project with one clear goal: build a pool of around 30 casual workers across five sites.
n
You'll have plenty of autonomy to bring your own ideas, improve the process and show the business what outstanding recruitment can look like.

Who are you?
n
You're a hands‐on TA professional who loves volume recruitment, candidate engagement and assessment centres.
n
The big one? You've genuinely designed AND facilitated assessment centres before.
n
You know how to define what good looks like, turn competencies into practical assessment activities and create a process that helps leaders consistently identify the right people.
n
You're organised, proactive and comfortable picking up a project and running with it.

Day to day
n
You'll manage the recruitment campaign end-to-end, including:
n

- Building candidate pipelines for approximately 30 casual hires
n
- Advertising, sourcing and screening candidates
n
- Designing the assessment centre process and activities
n
- Facilitating assessment centres and coordinating assessors
n
- Managing interviews and candidate communication
n
- Partnering with operational leaders throughout the process
n
- Coordinating references, qualifications and compliance checks
n
- Managing offers and getting successful candidates work-ready
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment along the way
n

- Strong end-to-end and volume recruitment experience
n
- Proven assessment centre design and facilitation experience
n
- Creative sourcing and candidate attraction skills
n
- Strong interviewing and assessment capability
n
- Great organisation and project management skills
n
- Confidence working directly with hiring leaders
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
n
Early learning or education experience is a bonus, but strong recruitment and assessment centre capability matters more.
