Located in Tingalpa, our Parts Department is growing, and we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Retail Parts Storeperson to join our team.

n

About the Role

n

As a Retail Parts Sales Consultant / Storeperson, you'll play an important role in keeping our parts operation running smoothly while providing an outstanding experience for our retail customers.

n

You'll work across stock management, receiving and dispatch, retail sales and customer service, with the opportunity to build your product knowledge across a wide range of caravan, motorhome and camping accessories.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Receive, check and put away incoming parts and accessories
n
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and workshop orders
n
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular stocktakes
n
- Process retail sales and invoices through the parts department
n
- Assist customers at the retail parts counter, helping them find the right products and accessories
n
- Answer phone and online enquiries from retail and wholesale customers
n
- Maintain attractive and well-presented retail displays
n
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering and replenishment
n
- Keep the parts warehouse and retail area clean, organised and safe
n
- Work closely with the Service and Parts teams to ensure customers receive the right products at the right time
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in retail, parts or the automotive/recreational vehicle industry.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, parts or a similar environment
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- The ability to accurately receive, pick and manage stock
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learnThe ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- A current driver's licence
n
- A current fork-lift licence (preferred)
n
